Annie Dell’Aria is Associate Professor of Art History at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Her research focuses on the intersection of contemporary art, screen media, and public space. She is the author of The Moving Image as Public Art: Sidewalk Spectators and Modes of Enchantment (Palgrave Macmillan, 2021) as well as essays in scholarly journals such as Afterimage, Moving Image Review and Art Journal, International Journal of Performance Arts and Digital Media, and Public Art Dialogue. Her art criticism has appeared in Artforum, Millennium Film Journal, caa.reviews, and other venues.
