Ely Maris is an arts writer, researcher and curator, based in Kentucky. She is originally from Chicago, received her BA in Art History and Printmaking from Amherst College and is currently pursuing her MFA in Curatorial Studies at the University of Kentucky. Her recent work focuses on criticism, materials history, and video art.
